Betterhelp has been a quick easy experience for me. Dr. Hung, the therapist they matched me with has been helpjng me immensely. Their customer service reps are polite and offer financial help with ease. They worked with me to make sure I could keep the services I signed up for. Their interface is simple to navigate. What I like most is that they don't make you stay with a therapist if you feel you aren't a match. All it takes is a click of a button and they will help find someone who would better suit your needs. You can't go wrong with seeking out extra support with BetterHelps services.

I was skeptical about how effective BetterHelp would be because I wanted face-to-face interactions when it came to therapy, but I have had a great and transformative experience. BetterHelp offers a wide variety of therapists, so there's plenty of people to choose from to find the best fit for your needs. I like that the platform offers video chatting, messaging and phone calls. Even though I didn't get the face-to-face interactions I thought I wanted, I've grown to love my relationship with my therapist via video chatting. If you're on the fence about seeing an online therapist, take a chance, and sign up. I was nervous to do so too, but now, my only wish is that I'd gotten over my expectations and done it sooner.

I was initially fearful of the costs to seek counseling, and have gone through an experience of not finding the right counselor in person. BetterHelp's platform has been great in that it has allowed individual sessions as one would expect with traditional counseling services, but the ability to send and receive messages and to submit journal entries has enhanced the experience as well. I am only two weeks in, but have had a great experience and highly recommend the platform so far.

I definitely reccomend betterhelp if you have a super busy schedule. I used it for about a month and had to stop for financial reasons. My counselor was awesome. I like the virtual aspect of it.

I was hesitant to use on-line therapy but I have found I like it more than I thought I would. I especially like that I can message my therapist anytime. I don't expect a response right away but I always get one and I really appreciate that.
