BetterHelp is the easiest solution to gain counseling I've ever had. Much more affordable and convienent that traditional counseling. It also puts the counseling in your home, as opposed to separating from home. It puts the work right where its needed, instead of trying to remember what you learned when you go home. My therapist is understanding, patient, kind, and knowledagble. I feel better after one or two sessions, but continue to work on it to become ever better with myself and my relationships, and to understand how to be a more compassionate person. Would reccomend.

BetterHelp has being what has help me stay together. The matching of a counsellor was spot on and the assistance with payment was super helpful as things are tough at the moment. I never thought I would be able to do this sort of counselling but I feel safe and that’s what matters.

The professionals I was matched with were highly trained, the matching process quick and customized to my unique needs, the community and support management was responsive and helpful, the webinars included in the package tailored to fit various topics. It was overall an experience I will definitely repeat once my budget will allow it again.

So many different Counsellors to be matched with, easy to change and different options to choose with amounts and requirements for counselling- weekly/monthly or pay 3 months in advance for less. It is very affordable and my Counsellor is friendly/on time, she checks in and follows up. She listens, asks questions and gives advice or an opinion where necessary. I feel calm/relaxed, immediately free as a weight has been lifted, I feel comfortable as I feel lighter. There are several ways to communicate via phone/audio/video/messages and journaling- it is so supportive and helpful to feel heard and to be given ways to let things out, the Worksheets are great for me, I get so much out and I can Express myself and feel so happy to do so. You can arrange convenient appointments for you, and for me, I am getting to know new ways, I'm learning and growing, and getting to know myself more and much better. I can handle things differently, even after a few sessions- I do look forward to my sessions, and I know that I can message or journal between video sessions and my Counsellor responds/advises and listens- as soon as Susan can get back to me she does, and it never takes long. I'm getting to know my mind too and boxing things up individually, one step at a time. It feels great and I honestly feel fantastic for taking this step, to which, I am so grateful for this opportunity and proud of myself!

My counselor has been a God Send. She has helped me so much. I have learned so much about myself from our sessions. She has helped me see things that were hidden to me and confirmed things I knew. I would recommend Bernice to everyone.

During a pandemic, it's hard to afford therapy, especially without insurance. Better Help is affordable and allows you to pay what you can. It has been such a huge help to be able to speak to a professional that knows how to help me through my anxiety, and my journey to recovery. I don't like to think about where I'd be without Better Help and my therapist.

I am so glad I signed up with Betterhelp, especially since I live abroad in a country that does not offer good psychological therapy.
