I've been working with my Better Help counselor for ten months and it's been wonderful. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I also like that there are so many ways to interact with my counselor from writing to phone calls to video chats. And, she is quick to respond when I contact her. I never feel rushed and I always leave a session feeling heard. Feeling better.

BetterHelp is an excellent service! I'd heard about it through a podcast I listen to called The Mental Illness Happy Hour. Having been in live therapy for several decades, I was doubtful doing it over the phone would be effective. I was also wary because I needed a specific type of therapist to do cognitive work on major trauma issues. The ones I had in the past were good but not effective in those areas. So when they had me fill out the questionnaire I was skeptical that I would be assigned someone who could fill my needs. The first session went fine but nothing groundbreaking. It was only after several that I realized how much progress I was making. After two months I can't believe I was ever skeptical of BetterHelp. I heartily recommend this service.

Great service I'd highly recommend, having an outlet to just speak about your issues is so helpful, because when someone knows what your going through it gives you peace of mind with one month's membership you can have video calls, talk through messages and have a daily journal. A great service.

I wanted to work on some things about myself and motivation to make changes. The therapist I was linked with was easy to talk to, they helped me set goals, had great insight and were supportive but also challenging. The journal feature is great, I could write daily if I wanted and had option to share with counselor. You van message them anytime, video and phone call sessions were good and price was great. The only thing I didnt like so much was the email, text and app alerts all at once which was a bit much but better yo be reminded than not. I would use this resource again.

simply amazing! obviously there are some kinks about the app that needs work, but overall it works SO WELL. It's flexible so you can text/call/video chat whenever you like~you decide! The phone chats are good quality usually and I love the fact you go through a questionnaire about what type of therapist would best suit you🙌🏻 and they even check up on you to see if the therapist they paired you with is a good fit! I stuck with my first one cause she's absolutely amazing 🥰 10/10 would recommend! (which I have to many people already 😂👌🏻) thanks so much better help!❤️❤️🙏🏻
