Pretty early in the game to give a real review but so far, so good. Worth the money.

I can't say enough good things about both BetterHelp and my counselor, Dena Henry. The site itself is extremely easy to use and set the user up for easy communication. Scheduling is easy, the price is great, and I would recommend this service to anyone that wants to grow themselves and gain control of their emotions.

It is a lovely feeling to have found a counselor at Betterhelp who has been committed to this online counseling platform and profession for many years. Because of his commitment, I have been able to return to Betterhelp when life brings those bumps that can be smoothed with support. I have returned to my counseling journey three times on this platform, and the ease of use, with typing texts, connecting through chats, phone or video, is very convenient and supportive. If you find a counselor who is committed to the platform, you are lucky. And if your counselor does not suit you, you can easily change your counselor and try someone else as this platform allows this easily and anonymously. I HIGHLY recommend the online counseling platform of Betterhelp.

I think the most brilliant aspect of this app is the fact they make it known that any person has the chance to be matched with them person for them. Sometimes it might not work, but the fact they tried is an inspiring thing in and of itself. I’m one of those people it helped, but knowing that anyone has the chance to get that help they need is makes me happy to see how far mental health advocation has come.

My counselor has been a huge help to me in understanding my thoughts and feelings. This website really does choose caring and knowledgeable professionals. I definitely recommend it to anyone that needs guidance and someone to talk to.
