It's a great alternative to live…
It's a great alternative to live counseling. The counselor was patient and extremely helpful. Also having an outlet to just message someone can be beneficial.

BetterHelp is the Best!!
I joined BetterHelp almost 3 months ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was matched with a counselor that has been a perfect fit for me and I completely trust her.

BetterHelp is AMAZING
BetterHelp is AMAZING. I came from TalkSpace, where I spent about a month, and I truly did not like their platform. BetterHelp truly is BETTER. Not only do they include the video sessions with therapists in their price point, the therapists here actually provide better care than at TalkSpace. I don't feel like "another patient" here, I feel like my care is very personalized to my specific needs. The BetterHelp platform also provides a space where you can journal and share with your therapist (or just for yourself), worksheets, and tons of group webinars available daily. I'm really happy here and I recommend it to anyone who is determined to put in the work on bettering their Self.

Don’t wait any more.
I am so glad that I tried BetterHelp. I wish I had done this years ago, before everything became overwhelming. It is such a relief to have my counsellor Ruthie Brooks on my side, suggesting ways to cope. The clouds are beginning to clear and I can enjoy some sunshine for the first time in a long while. Invaluable.

10/10 recommend BetterHelp
BetterHelp has helped me more than I thought it was. I was never a fan of online therapy until I tried this website. My therapist is awesome, the app is super helpful with giving me resources to watch/read about the things I'd like to educate myself with, and it has made my life so much easier.
