My therapist has been amazing, as has Betterhelp. I really like the ease of use with the system and especially the incredible quality of therapist provided to me. 5 stars all the way.

I absolutely love this platform for counseling. It works even better than in-person sessions. The video chat feature is AWESOME, so easy....and messaging between appointments keeps you better connected. I wasn't well-matched to my very first counselor and was very quickly sent alternatives to select a new one. The professional I chose has been wonderfully helpful to me - and I've recommended this site to at least a dozen friends already. The convenience can't be beat, and you have access to more options than you might find near you. I did not have such luck in the past with in-person appointments, but with BetterHelp I can connect to a counselor whose expertise is WHAT I NEED, regardless of location.

Better Help has been very good for me so far. My therapist is exactly what I needed to help me with my journey to better myself. I would highly recommend Better Help especially if your busy and on the road alot. It works great with my schedule.

I've had no issues with the Betterhelp platform. I had very good luck with being matched with my therapist and I have not looked elsewhere. I really appreciated the option to choose a therapist of colour because I believe that has been crucial in terms of the validation and empathy I receive from my therapist. There are nuances I do not have to explain and in my opinion, that's a barrier I didn't need to be afraid to cross.

There are a variety of therapists who can work with a variety of problems and can cater their techniques to you.

Never thought therapy was for me, but I was wrong. It helped me cope with different daily situations. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

In only 2 months working with my BetterHelp therapist, I have made significant progress in my life, especially with regard to my substance abuse. This is something that had plagued me for many years and that I just couldn't shake off. But with the support of my therapist and her expert advice, not only was I able to quit after 25 years, I've been able to get my life back on track. I still have work to do but I'm confident that I am headed in the right direction and I'm never looking back. I am so grateful for the service BetterHelp provides. I couldn't have done it without them!
