Better help has been a great way to let out some of the frustrations I've encountered in dealing with the current social, economic, political and medical environments. I've received excellent support and encouragement in addition to help resolving specific issues. I haven't always gotten the answers that I've wanted, but I've gotten the answers I've needed. She is reliable, consistent, asks me thought provoking questions, and is great at suggesting tools and goals to help me. The app itself is easy to use, very reliable, and I can use it on both my phone and via the website on my computer. I love that I can communicate with my counselor all I want, at no extra cost. Its like extra therapy. And I never have to leave my house. All in all, even just 3 weeks in, I am noticing POSITIVE changes in myself and my life. Highly recommend.
