Better Help is great! I was able to be easily rematched when the first counselor wasn't the right fit. I am not matched with the right counselor and grateful for the support. I highly recommend them!

It’s an amazing app. For someone who can’t even go open his door to go see a counselor, it’s an absolute must to get anywhere at at all in therapy. The value is definitely there, I only had to change counselors once and only because of gender being an issue. Not any fault of their own, entirely me. The next one appointed to me I’ve had since. Very kind, very polite. I don’t think I could continue in life without this outlet here and now. The pandemic is making everything worse for everyone. I wouldn’t make any effort to give up, I would just stop trying. Stop caring. But having a place where I can open up online, safely and privately, from the (dis)comfort of my own home (lol, life), is extremely important to me.

I'm so grateful for BetterHelp! This has been such a source of strength and support during this time. I was matched with a great counselor. I've been doing weekly video sessions for the past three months. My counselor also sends me worksheets to complete during the week, which has been a great reminder as I work toward greater balance. I’m very busy so I was worried, before I started, that virtual counseling would eat up too much of my time. On the contrary! These sessions with my counselor have actually freed up the time I used to spend worrying and stressing. I cannot recommend this highly enough. It is 100% worth it!
