I like BetterHelp's ability to have different platforms for communication with my counselor. I also like that I can use the app through different devises including my computer and iPhone. It was easy to navigate.

Better help is a great service that helps you help yourself and the therapists there are all awesome or at least mine was, and if you dont like the one you have, or they cant help you then you can change to another in no time and then get help there if they know they can help you! it helped me move on from my past relationships and teaches me what to do and what not to do in the future of my life! Even if you aren't done in a month, you'll find a great therapist who feels like the best friend you never had and you won't ever want to leave them until you're ready to. Even though I was ready to go after a month, it was bittersweet. This has been one of my best decisions of my life.

I’ve been trying BetterHelp for a few months now, and my experience has been great. The process of registration was very clear and smooth, and the payment options very suitable and flexible. I am also very happy with the matching process and the therapist I was assigned. She is smart and empathetic. The therapy process also involves worksheets which you fill on your own which complement the sessions very nicely. I highly recommend it.

Just purely amazing

I was never one for therapy until the pandemic started. I didn’t know how to even start. I took the first step and have been working with my Doctor at BetterHelp for about 6 months now has made me be able to work through obstacles in life without judgement and find resolutions together that I never would have been able to do on my own. 100% recommend!
