I've never had a better experience with therapy. I dealt with Kaiser's negligence for years, aetna's limited options, and other providers. Betterhelp is by far the best of any experience I've had. It is also very affordable. I have a fabulous therapist for me who has helped me through quite a bit. The platform allows me to message her whenever I need and set up calls really easily. They give you a survey as well so you get a good therapist and you can change if you are unsatisfied. The same process goes for the sister company for couples therapy. If you can't afford to pay 200$ a visit for a therapist, this is a very close second. I highly recommend therapy to anyone with the means to pay for it. It is so helpful even if you don't think you have anything wrong with you. I cannot highlight enough the convenience and effectiveness of betterhelp.

Betterhelp is a wonderful tool for those who need advice or help working through the hard times in life. I was recommended it by a friend, and am grateful to have found a resource and counselor that gave me steps towards resolving some of the troubles I could not work through on my own. Betterhelp has been a lifesaver during COVID. I have experienced some personal loss due to bad decisions I have made. My counselor at Betterhelp is so conscientious, caring and a great listener. He challenges me weekly and connects with me emotionally but also cognitively. Betterhelp platform works so well. I wish I had thought of it before they did. This access to mental health is so crucial!

Since the first session I started with my problems all over the place she helps me find myself get back on my feet, gain back my self esteem and guide me through to what first priority for myself should be. All practices she gave me helps me handle my anxiety and panic attacks, helps me handle with toxic relationship in the time I need it most. I'm so grateful for that.

Their platform is wonderful and easy to use. You can text, live text, call, and video chat with your counselor. You can schedule appointments online, and so much more. Best online counseling service I have ever seen!
