A brilliant service that its well organised and so helpful. The app is great for on the go and the website is full of useful tips and tricks for getting through things. I have enjoyed this service, it helps with the day to day and on those things that have always needed some help with but didn't know how to approach it.

I can to BetterHelp for grief counseling as I lost the Love of my live for 25 years to that Big C words. I was reluctant to get counseling but listened to my Daughter and Mother-in law to go. I am so glad I did. My Counselor put it in proper perspective and I am able to process through my grief each day and when it gets tough then hour by hour! Her words have rung so true in my life!

I’ve been wanting to seek help for over 10 years and after getting a free assessment at my local mental health facility. I could not afford to see anybody for help. BetterHelp was scary at first as a monthly fee is not easy but i did a trial and I’m so happy I found the my therapist. It was so nice being able to look through and find the therapist that was a match for me. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m for once finally excited about my future and having someone in my corner that I know is only a text away... is such a relief. PLUS the Group sessions AND the worksheets your therapist can send you to work on are amazing!!!
