As an autistic adult, therapy seemed unrealistic. BetterHelp made it possible! I am most comfortable in my home, and video visits are easier than meeting face to face. This is my first time ever using BetterHelp and I’m glad I did. They were able to pair me with a great therapist. Better Help is truly amazing. It’s a very affordable rate for therapy and has 2 different pay option. You can change your therapist if you feel like it’s not the right fit for you, and it’s very easy to do so. You can choose your days and times. And the way you want to meet with your therapist, call, text or video chat. There’s even group therapy you can take on top of your individual sessions. I couldn’t recommend Better Help enough!! It has changed my life.
