BetterHelp has helped me through so many moments, I’ve grown a lot with this. Since my busy schedule it’s hard to attend session. This app is extremely helpful and I owe so many thanks, specially for meeting with me since I have very crazy schedule.

The experience with betterhelp was great, the therapist that was assigned to me has been following up with me to make sure I was well. His suggestions were also very beneficial.

In previous years I have tried counseling and as a single mom, making all the appointments was very stressful on top of an already stressful situation. Better help is an amazing program. When I started up the process was rather quick and I was placed with a therapist who not only specialized in what I needed while also fitting my comfort parameters. Every session has been convienant, I get to choose if it's a call, video or in text. And every session has been very impactful and positive. The webinars are also awesome. They offer a variety of topics to get the most out of your time on there. Very worth it!!!!!

I was skeptical of counseling and honestly couldn't get myself to go see anyone in person. ALWAYS making excuses to myself on why I wasn't going; Price, location, availability, will it work, and so on. I decided to just give it a try! (ugh, the things you do on good days) I was impressed with how quickly I was matched with a counselor near me. Her time was flexible and the location was my couch. I was able to set up video calls with her on my good days and she was there to chat via messaging on my bad days. The journal seemed silly at first but later became a tool I used to track my feelings. I was able to track and see that I had far less "bad days" then it felt. I have been using BetterHelp for 2 short months now, the price is far better than any in person sessions available to me and I get to set the schedule. There are multiple ways to get in contact with my counselor and no penalty for canceling. All I can say is, Its worth a try. Even if its just once. Who knows, this could be your saving grace.

Since coming to better health I have filled out a survey and matched with a counselor/therapist from the company.Their judgment was spot on.My counselor is all that I could hope for.I came to the company due to mounting stress as a health care worker. She has helped me regain control of my life by assisting me to improve my sleep habits including using a Yoga Nidra before bed to relax from the day.She has also given coping techniques to work thru my issues at work

I needed therapy and support for some immediate real world problems. I found a good selection of people to assist on the website, and that led to the one I needed, and she helped me move forward. I definitely recommend BetterHelp.com as a place to find people who will help you.

Great options for counseling. There's a really good intake process that addresses goals and perspectives, like whether you want religious counseling or not. With the thorough intake I was matched with a counselor who worked well immediately and I've been video chatting with weekly for the past three months. You can also chat your counselor, or do phone calls. It's really flexible. If there is one downside it could be the expense. For me it's not an issue but I think it could represent a real barrier for a lot of folks. If you can, this is such a worthwhile experience to spend your money on.
