Great service

I've used BetterHelp to connect with a few counselors. As is normal, it took me a little to connect with the right one. Once I did, my experience has been excellent. The platform has been simple & easy to use. I've recommended Better Help to my partner and a few friends.

This service is the perfect fit for me. The cheapest form of counselling I've seen. You can switch counselors easily if one is not a good fit. There is a journal option that you can upload to your counselor if you wish. You get weekly live sessions and can message the counselor whenever you want. Love this service. It has been a great help to me.

This service has been a great help to me. Everything you need to manage your sessions is on one easy to use screen. They hooked me up with a great counselor in less than a day. I would recommend BetterHelp to anyone who is serious about seeking help.

So glad I found BetterHelp. I have a crazy schedule and could not fit time in to attend an in person session. This platform has been wonderful to help me seek therapy on my time and availability. I really like that I can email my therapist at any time. It helps me to get my thoughts down in writing even If I cannot talk to them at the exact moment.

The customer services are really quick in responding my questions or concerns. They expanded my session freely numerous times if there's technical issues, such as the counselor is away for a while. The UX is easy to navigate, and the app features are various, such as journaling etc. However, the quality of live video still needs improvement

Betterhelp found a perfect match for me in my counselor. He thoroughly understands narcissistic personality disorder so he understands the trauma and relationship dynamics that I am dealing with. It has been a blessing and I highly recommend Betterhelp.

I have been very pleased with my counsellor, Kelly. She has been attentive, caring, insightful, and timely. Though we have only communicated by text, she has taken the time to carefully read all of my messages, responded in a timely manner, responded appropriately, and shown great empathy for my situation. I really appreciate that she has been non-judgmental and supportive.
