I would recommend Better Help to anyone who needs counseling. They will fit you with a great counselor unique to your own situation. It's been a tough year for many, and I hope more people discover and embrace this service. I feel like I've grown and improved as an individual after only a few sessions. Counseling is also motivating me to work on the creative and professional areas of my life and heal from some personal pains. My only regret is not signing up sooner.

Betterhelp is extremely convenient. You can access it anywhere there is internet, with live sessions and can be an affordable, (and safer) alternative to in person sessions.
