I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING SOME WITH SOME FAMILY ISSUES AND BOUNDARIES. BETTER HELP HAS BEEN EASY TO USE AND WORKS AROUND MY SCHEDULE. LINDA HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP AND WONDERFUL LISTENER.

BetterHelp was easy to sign up with and I have had a great experience with my counselor. She truly cares and is in this business to help people. I was a bit nervous about getting paired with someone who didn't necessarily care or who wouldn't remember me or something, but May has been so attentive and genuine. I feel comfortable opening up to her and she always has sound advice or support.

I was feeling overwhelmed with negative feelings for a while but after utilizing BetterHelp thanks to my therapist I am in a much better head space now.

My biggest setback in finding a therapist was the stress and anxiety of the search, the sitdowns, learning if they suit your style etc... With BetterHelp, they remove all of that stress, and I can honestly say the therapist I was paired with was a perfect match, and the great thing is, if even you feel like they're not, it's super easy to switch.

Betterhelp is a website that allows you take control of your therapy. You make the schedule on when you have it and where you have it. There is no need to drive anywhere. I also love that I can not only just physically talk, but I can type. There are many different ways to write to your counselor to help you through. This has really helped me make myself feel like myself and learn more about me.
