This service is legit. I had anger issues myself and my counselor did a great job mentoring me. I feel more control over myself. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking for help.

They have a wide array of experienced counselors that they will pair you with based on your specific needs and concerns. I have been extremely pleased with my experience and cannot recommend it enough.

I have never done counseling in my life but it is something I’ve always wanted to try. I finally worked up the nerve and gave BetterHelp a chance - the counselor I was matched up to is perfect! This has helped me tremendously. I love that I have the option of emailing back and forth. With being a single mom working from home and well, to be honest, my anxiety has always kept me from face to face appointments. BetterHelp is amazing! I was someone that came from in-person therapy and when I switched jobs my employer only covered BetterHelp, it was hard losing my old therapist. I was concerned about finding a new one, and those concerns went away after my first appointment. I am blown away by the team they have built!
