I was just on a down, and wanted help getting out of it, and preparing to not get down as often. I signed up here and it was easy, didn't require too much effort or time and convenient.

I have needed counseling for years my childhood was not the best and it involves a lot of things children shouldn't have to go through. Then 7 years ago my Mother was murdered. About 4 years I tried counseling in person and it was such a nightmare I couldn't imagine myself ever doing it again. Now, to present day the first counseling I was connected to didn't work out. She listened she was patient and kind very professional. I started thinking yup this really isn't for me. I tried one more On Better Help and I couldn't be more grateful I did. Dr. Hudson is seriously just the best she carries conversation with you, trusting, caring, and knows how to guide the conversation where they need to be. I fill so grateful to have her as someone to talk to. 💗

Better help therapists have your best interest in mind. It's not anything like going to a clinic and speaking to a therapist who is more concerned about her wallet than helping you solve your problems. It's much more cost-effective too!
