I am so happy I decided to go with BetterHelp. I heard about it through a Christian Dating podcast a while back, but I put it off for too long. So glad I stuck with it. I especially liked BetterHelp's thoughtful survey they want you to fill out when trying to match you with a counselor. There are so many factors I didn't consider that they asked my preference for. This thoughtful process led me to being matched with a great therapist with whom I absolutely love. I am so grateful. I love the ease at which I can navigate my account, use the journal feature, and schedule my counseling sessions. Overall, I'm very satisfied with BetterHelp and would highly recommend to anyone looking for solid counseling. Don't delay! Do it now!

This site is great! It helped match me with someone I really feel comfortable talking to and it helped me look forward to my therapy sessions. I get access to my counselor through text and chat. I love using BetterHelp.

BetterHelp has greatly enhanced my life. Being able to text chat my therapist whenever I want to is amazing and I have received so much needed support through this platform I would recommend it to everyone.

I tried this for a month during an insurance transition and it worked well for me. I paid $360 for 4 weeks unlimited text/video/audio messages + 1 weekly live session. I am not sure what video/audio messages are, I just used the chat feature all the time which functions like a message board and then we did weekly live calls. I only quit because my new insurance has free therapy for in-network providers. My therapist was retired and liked using Betterhelp to supplement her income. She had years of experience under her belt so it benefited me as well.

I would highly recommend Better Help. In general it is nice to have the option to message a councellor your thoughts and seek guidance while not waiting long for a response, as opposed to waiting a week or so for your next session with a councellor in house. It is affordable and you can still have a the face to face discussions over video chat or better that you have loads of options to speak with you councellor even from the comfort of your own home. I've only been using BetterHelp for a short while but I am very happy with it, it is the perfect form of counselling for me, especially during this pandemic. It helps makes councelling assessable to all.

BetterHelp is convenient, easy to get working, and has professionals working with them. I can see the difference in how I am treated and prefer BetterHelp over other type of mental health counseling.

I was seeking a very specific kind of counselling that I was glad to find on Better Help.. I don't know anywhere else that I could find the exact mental health expert I needed within hours. My first match wasn't quite what I was in need of, but Better Help makes it easy to request a different counsellor at any time, and my second match was an even better fit than I could have imagined; their other areas of expertise were also fringe issues of mine that I wasn't even thinking about!
