I considered decision quite long. It didn't work out with the first counselor I was matched. However, it could be due to the fact the it were mainly text messages. ... But now I work for 4 weeks with a wonderful counselor, a clinical social worker and I literally feel that level of support and help I was looking for. So for me joining BetterHelp was the right decision.
