My therapist at BetterHelp has been guiding me along my path for over a year now. I have experienced much growth and insight during those months of pain and struggle. She is an important part of my mental health.

Couples of weeks I was frustrated and sad until I saw their adv at youtube then I signed in and start counseling with Dr. Anila Malik. After three sessions a realized that I became a new positive person. Thank you Dr. Anila Malik & BetterHelp for helping me.

This app has helped me already and I've only been using it for a few weeks. My counselor is so attentive to what I need to talk to him about in our messages. It's such an easy app to use and it makes it less stressful to make appointments. It also makes it easier to be in a session with a counselor because I can be at home it front of my own computer or laptop.

BetterHelp has been a great tool. When all counseling is online these day there is no waiting period for an appt. and no masks required. My counselor is right at my fingertips.

My therapist is amazing! I have been in therapy for numerous years and never have my other therapists addressed my issues, and now with better help I was matched with a wonderful woman who has helped me more in the last 3 weeks then she even knows!

I am so thankful for this service. This year has brought some of the most challenges I have ever had as a nurse of thirty-years. Having stress inside and outside of work has been so much easier to manage in a appropriate manner when you have a non-bias ear that hold you accountable. Covid has brought more pain to so many, that I want to continue keeping my self healthy to better serve my patients. My work has made it possible providing this service. With all the platforms and able to do therapy at my pace any time has allowed me to care for other while caring for myself. Not enough gratitude can be given to all that provide this service
