I've been using the BetterHelp app for several months & it's been life changing. Somehow they paired me with the most perfect therapist I could've possibly met. I think we'll be friends for life I hope. If nothing else she has redirected my life and gotten me through the worst divorce and the most abusive man all by herself. She goes above and beyond as does this app to help people. My confidence has been restored and I have options where I couldn't see them before. There are numerous ways you can connect with someone or a group that can help you and it's very affordable. I cannot emphasize enough that this app and this woman saved my life. If you're at the end of your rope and you don't think there's anyone who can understand, you have nothing to lose by trying this app. I had no hope. I'm a different woman six months later. Better Help is amazing !! I have been using the app for over a year. The therapists are absolutely wonderful. The app is easy to use. The classes are so helpful. Some of the classes are live and some can be recorded to watch later. I highly recommend Better Help !!

This app not only makes therapy affordable, but it makes it easy to search for a therapist that would fit your needs. It's important that you find the right fit in a therapist. On top of that, it has multiple options for how you want or need to communicate with your therapist. I.E. Live Chat, Voice Call or Video Sessions. Whichever you are more comfortable with, it's available to you. The ease of access to therapy through BetterHelp is just wonderful, and for so many people, necessary.

BetterHelp is selfcare. Take care of your mental health. They have financial aid and a ton of group sessions to choose from as well as being assigned your own therapist.
