Such an easy way to find and maintain a therapeutic relationship with a trusted professional that can meet your needs. I wish this service existed decades ago. My first therapist wasn’t a great match for me. Instead of having to wait for a new referral I was able to pick a new and great match as well as leave feedback. This is incredibly empowering as a patient and as a customer.

Better help counseling was very useful and convenient. Right from my home I did Video calls with my counselor. I didn’t have to travel and was able to be comfortable in my own environment. The counselor was also great and very insightful. His name was Adam Krizanik. I highly recommend better help to anyone looking for counseling.

BetterHelp has been an absolute game changer for me. You can access counselling immediately and from your own home so you don't have to take chunks out of your day traveling. The first counsellor I was matched with didn't suit me and I could easily switch to someone else who I felt understood me better. Incredible took especially during the current circumstances. My counselor has helped guide me to reflect, analyze, and improve. I cannot thank her enough. She is incredible - she is even helping me find resources for certain specialty issues here in my region (I live in the south of Germany). Perhaps one small thing I would like to add is my counselor only offers chat function when i specifically asked for video/call when signing up, but i quickly got used to this and this way is growing on me. Maybe for some people, this would be an issue. I have and will continue to recommend this to my friends and family.
