Recently because of an event which affected me personally I was having a hard time coping and being diagnosed with PTSD earlier in my life I seeked help. Better Health was highly recommended and rightly so. My councilor is fantastic and not only listens to my fears, but offers real life solutions. It's all private, secure and anymore who needs help would be wise to use Better Health's services. Plus, its very affordable compared to standard costs by conventional therapy.

Betterhelp is a great program! You fill out a form that helps match you with a therapist. You can message, call or video your therapist anytime and they answer pretty fast. You can always switch therapists if you feel the need. It's relatively cheap & worth it. I'm so glad I took this step & hope more people do.

I have the best therapist, she listens, she cares! She’s like a best friend. I can tell her anything, and she doesn’t judge me, most importantly she reminds me all the time that I matter, that I’m important and that I am first! Would I recommend this? Heck yeah! Don’t wait, just go for it. I am not 100% better, but every week I look forward to having that time with my therapist! I deff recommend it for anyone out there looking or wanting help, but it’s shy or doesn’t have the courage to ask for help.

They also have some self-help classes and seminars available, as well as some reading materials. This makes me feel, as a customer, that they really care about my mental health and want me to get better. I have sought professional therapists in-person before and found them to be expensive, uncomfortable and not as reliable. BetterHelp offers a much, much better alternative.
