Better help is amazing. Based on your answers they pair you with a therapist they feel would be a good fit. If you are so inclined to switch for any reason, it's not a problem. The app and website have an easy UI to navigate. The therapists are top notch. There are a lot of online therapy apps and sites, however this one is a great choice. I would highly recommend it

I love BetterHelp. Therapy can be very expensive and inaccessible to a lot of people, but I feel that BetterHelp makes it accessible to a much larger group of people, including myself. I’m so grateful I was able to discover and join BetterHelp, I really like my therapist and it’s extremely helpful and useful to have her alongside my journey of learning and coping with my anxiety disorder. If you’re considering joining, I would highly recommend and at least give it a shot. This platform has helped me so much with my mental health and I hope it can help so many more people.

I had a lot of trouble finding a local therapist that was accepting new patients. I would reach out to multiple people and never get a call back. When I signed up for Better Help, I was matched with a therapist quickly and had the option to switch to a new therapist with absolutely no hassle or down time when the first one's schedule did not work for me. Now I have been having consistent weekly sessions for a fraction of the price that I would have been charged by other practitioners that are not working with Better Help. Well with my experience so far, im glad they found somone who can relate. They just didnt put me with somone who had experience through a book or course online. Somone who also had outside experience besides being a therapist, know what one went through and how one can take that bad energy and use it towards positive mindset. I can have a bad week and we break it down and see what one can do to overcome that bump in the road.

They make it easy to switch therapists. They are super helpful when it is needed. With a few exceptions, I have been thrilled with the therapists I have worked with. I love that there is a portal for you to communicate with your therapist at any time. I love the variety of ways to meet with the therapist and I appreciate that there have been next to zero issues with the platform.
