I’ve been having weekly video sessions with the same counselor for about 2 months. I like how I was matched to a counselor who seems to be an excellent match for me. I feel like I’ve made progress in every session. I’ve had a number of in person counseling sessions over the last few years with several different therapists. Better Help gave me a better match and it has been much more productive. I recommend this company highly.

Better Help is such a great option! Counseling can be done from the comfort of your own home. The Better Help Counselor that I spoke with was compassionate, knowledgeable, a great communicator and so helpful. I highly recommend this resource to everyone! We all need counseling from time to time.

I know what you're thinking. Should I use this website? Are all the positive reviews fake? Well, I don't know about the second question. I'm not fake, but everyone else might be. The answer to the first one, however, is yes! I really like it. It just cost quite a bit more than I was hoping. When you're really stuck between a rock and a hard place in life, like I currently am, it really does help.

Betterhelp helped me when I was in a critical crisis. I am 24 and surprisingly need a lot of help in every day situations and challenges that I face. My professor/counselor has helped me see those things in a different perspective..

My counselor is so sweet! I love her and she has been so helpful after only a few session! She is very relatable and knowledgable! She also is able to take what I word vomit and pull out the important pieces that relate to what we're discussing and restate that in a more eloquent way!

Stephanie Sherman is providing me the support, feedback and guidance that I need as I try to wade through some painful memories and PTSD triggers. The BetterHelp platform is very convenient and easy to use. The messaging allows me to reach-out at anytime, to express myself or ask a question. The response turn around is quick enough. The groupinars offered by other therapists explore various mental health topics, and I am learning a lot from them.

I most of all feel like I have found a place to be heard and feel a sense of being cared for. Very open and welcoming place that is there for you to help in your life. Great therapy.
