Easy to use platform with easy to connect with people. It would be good to see some improvement, but honestly you are already ahead of many in the field, so kudos!

At first being a new client to better help I was suspicious and concern that I would not get the help. I need it, but because I was able to search for a therapist that would be compatible with me and that therapist has shown nothing but genuine authentic concern about me. I place better help in a high rating for helping clients with mental wellness.

I think BetterHelp is a great app for anyone who needs to talk to someone and work out their personal issues, but unfortunately, depending on how much you work and what financial aid you receive, it’s difficult to afford.

Great but expensive. I have had betterhelp for like 2 months now and I have had 3 therapists. 2 great ones and 1 bad. I had my worst therapy ever. The bad one didn't talk much at all and I had to lead everything which is not my kind of thing. I love to be asked questions and talked to. But if you can lead it you will do great. Now betterhelp is cheaper then most therapy but the financial aid is garbage. Its 25% give or take which makes it like $200 a month.

Accessible care from the comfort of your own space. This is one of the best parts about the experience is the ease of access.

Good service. It took a bit to find a therapist. Would recommend.

My therapist is great. Better help is a good platform, but it isn't cheap. I don't like that they won't give you a option to see your therapist when you want. They make you do sessions every week. Even if you don't do every week they still make you pay every week. Although it's how I found a great therapist, Better help themselves is about the money not really about the patient!
