I really love Betterhelp. I was against going to a therapist for years and didn't want to realize that I didn't need help. I also didn't want so many people knowing my business but, using BetterHelp, and keep myself unknown really help me getting the help I needed to get better and my therapist is awesome.

It's easy to use and on my terms. My counselor doesn't push me to be something she sees as the right answer. She listens and surfaces insights that I recognize when she puts them in front of me, leading to actual change and progress.

BetterHelp helped me find a great therapist that provides me what I’ve been looking for in CBT. They offer a plan that was affordable for me. I also like how they offer a free week of therapy you can gift to a loved one to see if they find BetterHelp suitable for them.

Let's face it, therapy is a scary, long-term investment. Betterhelp matches you with a licensed therapist, and what I really like, is I can talk to my therapist from home, where I feel comfortable. I can also message my therapist at any time and they'll send me thoughtful messages back. Don't go into therapy thinking you'll be fixed right away. It's a long-term investment and you have to work at it.

BetterHelp has honestly changed my life. I was going throughhhh it, and tried getting therapy through my insurance. When I tell you it took me 3 weeks, and still didn’t have a therapist, it literally took 3 weeks before I decided to needed help now. I found BetterHelp , was connected to SO MANY therapists , so many to choose from with so many different backgrounds. I was connected with my therapist who I have now, and she is nothing less than an absolute blessing that has been given to me. I would recommend this service to anyone. When it comes to the price... you get what you pay for, and having a healthy mental state is priceless. It’s hard to pay it up front instead of insurance co-pays, but it’s well worth it. WELL, worth it.
