I found Better Help when life was starting to get emotional uneasy for me. I had know idea how much it would help have everything at your fingertips people to listen and share with. Multiple groups to help with things you thought only you dealt with. The best decision I've made in a while. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

I've been very happy with my counseling. She listened and offered very practical solutions and how to carry them out. She also followed up with me in between sessions to see how I was doing. She was very accessible.

It's a really nice place to look for therapy when the public place are busy. They also helped me when I couldn't afford it, and I really really appreciated that.

Better help really helped me get the support that I needed and has helped me get back to the life I want to live. I was lucky to have been matched up with a great therapist!!

Great app, easy to use. Great program. You do have to spend some money up front but it’s worth it. It’s convenient, they have quick response times, and my therapist is a great match.

I have really benefitted from my therapist, Gina, on BetterHelp. Personal issues that come up for me include interpersonal relationships with people with mental health needs, psychologically abusive workplaces, LGBTQ+ identity, Asian hate crimes in the US, and the COVID-19 pandemic. The BetterHelp app itself is pretty user-friendly. I am a Special Education teacher, and sometimes my weekly commitments change. I schedule my BetterHelp sessions week-to-week, and the flexibility I have in that is perfect for me. My girlfriend is not the same way - she likes consistency week-to-week, and her therapist sets the appointments instead so she doesn't have to think about it changing. We both get the unlimited messaging, and both of our therapists started out with 30-min sessions, but transitioned to 60-min sessions, which has been far better. I text my therapist pretty frequently, so our sessions don't feel short. If I'm too exhausted to type everything out, I have the option to leave 3-min voice recordings instead, and THAT has been a game-changer too. I just leave poor Gina like 4 recordings. It's like a bonus session for me, almost. My mental health has seriously benefitted from this app. Big recommend.
