Been recommending BetterHelp to everyone! This has been such a good experience and I’m so glad to have had an outlet for myself when things were becoming overwhelming in my life. Not only would I recommend but I trust I will return to better help in the future when other things arise for me that need help/guidance.

BetterHelp is a convenient way to get excellent therapy. It took a couple of tries to get the right counselor for me but the process was quick. I work full time and have a very long commute so scheduling an in-office therapy session is out of the question. BetterHelp provided the help I needed the way I needed it. It has been an emotional journey that I was afraid to take but I'm so glad I did.

I found betterhelp thanks to a podcast I like to listen to, and it's because of this service I was able to better defend my self from anxiety, and help control all the negative thoughts that Surround me on a weekly basis.

I have always been hesitant about reaching out for help. Thinking that it was only for really messed up people, well I reached a point in my life where I felt like I couldn't talk to anyone and truly tell them how I feel. So I decided to try it out and I'm glad I did. My counselor has been nothing short of amazing and attentive to my needs.

The counselling sessions are thoroughly comforting and I always look forward to speaking to the counsellor and for his/her suggestions. Customer service is very prompt and courteous.

I love the ease of use with online and phone counseling. The system is affective and easy to navigate. I'm really happy with my counselor as well. I'm also happy with the relationship with my work and the health program they use with better help. It's really affordable on the health insurance plan at my work. I'd never be able to afford traditional counseling.
