BetterHelp has been a fantastic way of finding and connecting with a counselor on my time. I have a weekly video chat and send messages or journal entries in between when I need to. My counselor has been able to approach and bring to the surface things that have been difficult for me to explore. Our discussions have lifted a weight off and I'm always finding more. The unbiased lens on myself has been invaluable and I'd highly recommend that everyone have a regular conversation with a counselor.

Signing up with this app is the greatest decision I've made. BetterHelp connected me with the most amazing counselor! I would have never been able to see her IRL bc of distance but boy did I score big time on this app. I love all the features of the app. I can message my counselor any time! She gets a lot of info this way and we can focus more on the most important things during our live sessions. I also love all the groupinars offered and real mental health info in the articles. I know I'm getting trustworthy info. I'm making huge progress! Can't recommend it enough!

Just a fair balance support system, Seems tailored to your needs. Smart but not bs and very real people! I'm very impressed actually.

I've been seeing my counselor for a year and I'm very pleased. Therapy is not cheap, and I'm glad i could find an affordable service is also convenient and flexible. Also, every interaction I've had with customer service has been surprisingly positive. They've always been accommodating and I have no complaints after a year! :)

I love that I can choose to text, journal, or do live calls and that there is the option for regular communication throughout the week, in between live sessions. This is a very versatile approach that allows for a variety of learning styles to thrive. I also love how extremely affordable it is (basically an entire month's worth of help for what I was paying for ONE session with another virtual therapist.). BetterHelp offers a great way to get help at anytime. The counselors are prompt with their responses to any question or request that is asked. During the sessions their counselors are very attentive and treat you with the upmost respect. It always makes me feel good knowing my concerns are being taken seriously. The app has allowed me to live a better life by getting things off of my chest each week and allows me to continue my self growth in a very healthy manner. I am thankful that I found this app and signed up to get the better help I needed.
