Please don't give up with better health , there are so many councillors out there and with the vast range you can take the control into your hands and find the perfect one for you like I have. Worth every penny for how much my counsellor has helped with me changing my perspective and working towards bettering myself.

Choosing a therapist through BetterHelp was a very streamlined process. The response time was quick and I was matched with a therapist based on my preferences. They do very well with sending reminders and other information regarding correspondence from your therapist.

I came to BetterHelp through my company's EAP service. I was not sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised! The platform was so easy to use and I really like the journal integration and flexibility in options presented for sessions. The counselor I was paired with was very professional, insightful, and thougtful.
