I was very fortunate and blessed to have my first therapist here on point with what I needed. As long as one is honest with themselves and their intentionality this is an awesome service. Covid has made us see that help is help is help, meaning that if we have to go virtual with the help then lets go virtual with the help. At the end of the day one healing-and healing properly is what matters. The betterhelp platform is very comprehensive and easy to use and follow. I appreciate that.

I have got more from one session via BetterHelp than I got from months of therapy elsewhere! What is uniquely brilliant is that it helps with therapist selection by giving you questions to answer and they match you with someone based on your answer. You have the option to change your therapist still and they give you information about the therapists expertise prior to you agreeing to see them. Another brilliant thing about BetterHelp is the flexibility! Not only can you do video or phone call sessions regularly but you can also just message your counselor/therapist as much as you like in between these sessions and my therapist always responds within 24 hours and tends to give me tips and worksheets to help me such as keeping a sleep diary to identify what can make my sleep worse etc. I already feel like using BetterHelp has made a massive improvement to my healing journey

Betterhelp and my therapist have always been super helpful to me over the last few years especially during Covid. It is very easy and helpful to text her or schedule time when I need it. It's much better than the old therapy models and offers more than my current healthcare provider. I highly recommend Betterhelp to anyone who needs therapy especially if your other options are expensive or non-existent.

The counselor was on time for appts. I was responded to in a timely manner and she just seemed to understand my issues! Very Accommodating!

I was offered these services through my employer and thought I would try it out. I entered preferences on a therapist and was matched up with the perfect person who shared my faith. In only three sessions I have made so much progress with the issue I was having and I am so thankful for this service. I chose to speak with my therapist through a phone call but she offers video or messaging as an option as well. I can message her throughout the week as an alternative to a phone session. Her support and advice has been a God send. I will continue services once my sessions run out from my employer. I absolutely recommend this service to anyone needing someone to talk to. It truly truly helps. I normally don't write reviews but this has made such a difference in my life that I want others to get the same experience.

Lisa is awesome! She is compassionate, experienced, intuitive, and really knows how to get information out of me by asking appropriate questions that I wouldn't know how to get across to her otherwise.
