Easy to use, offer many different ways to communicate with my counselor and great flexibility with scheduling sessions. So far my counselor has been great, I feel very comfortable talking to her.

BetterHelp is a great platform to recieve therapy. I like their journal feature because their prompts can bring out insights I have. BetterHelp paired me with a wonderful therapist. I 'very definitely progressed with through using the BetterHelp resources.

This is not my first time experiencing better help. This is now my third time and it was, in all honesty, a bumpy road for me in the beginning when it came to learning what counselor was best for me and that is completely okay, and normal when it comes to therapy. Not every counselor, now that I understand fully without ignorance, will always be your best match. You have to sometimes go through a few before you find a good one, kind of like friends or a relationship. It takes time to find that one that works. This time around, with better help and with my current counselor, I actually feel like I'm getting the help I need and I feel that somebody is actually listening to me and I'm not being pushed. I don't feel awkward, I feel safe, I feel as though I'm being heard, all of that above and more. It's also wonderful knowing that I have the ability, on my worst days, to immediately text on my sessions and I receive reply within the 24hr, which is beyond amazing. If it wasn't for better help I know I wouldn't really be where I am today, even when I had the first two bumpy experiences, but it's all been worth it especially when it comes to Mental health. I value all this and so much more of my experiences. I truly am thankful for better help offering this form/availability of therapy.

Better help counselors are here to help, they have helped through anxiety attacks moments when I felt worried they were available.

My counselor was a great match for me. I'm Christian and they gave me a committed and mature Christian who was able to understand and accept my point of view, pray with me, yet she was also a very capable secular counselor who understood the effects of my depression and marital history. Sharlene was patient, positive and unjudgemental. I'll miss her!

I’m on a good path as a result of betterhelp

I began BetterHelp at a point in my life where I literally could not function due to my OCD. I had never spoken to someone professionally before and was very nervous. Luckily, I found a doctor that has been supportive, kind, understanding, and very helpful. Along with medication prescribed by a psychiatrist (from a different platform), I have gained new perspective on my life and my battle with my mind. I am eternally grateful to BetterHelp and I recommend it constantly to everyone I know.
