BetterHelp is such a great and convenient platform for counseling services. It's easy to use, interactive and the best part - you get matched with an ideal counselor based on your personal needs and improvement. My counselor, Daniel Villareal, is awesome! He instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease with his jolly yet calming personality. He structures our meetings in a goal-oriented and flexible way, which I really appreciate. Not bad at all for my first ever experience with counseling.

I found out about BetterHelp via a podcast that I listen too regularly. At first, I was a bit skeptical about the whole process. I can honestly say that the level of therapy I have received via my BetterHelp therapist is on par with my previous in-person therapy sessions from years ago, which I might add were more expensive.

BetterHelp is amazing. The counselor I had was on point and she helped me through a very difficult time in my life. It is a bit pricey, that is the only con I have but it is very reasonable compared to other counselors in my area and for the price you get 24/7 help.
