So far Betterhelp is great. I love the convenience of getting Therapy from my phone. I have access to groupinars that allows me talk with others going through the same experience (privacy is maintained). It feels good knowing that I'm not alone in the struggle. My therapist is amazing. I went through a number of therapists before finding the right one and your allowed to change therapists no matter what. The best part about this app is it is affordable. He is an amazing therapist and has increased my quality of life. So even if your skeptical about therapy, Betterhelp gives you the option to try someone else. Maybe there's just a interpersonal connection issue, but being able to switch therapists gives you the option to be pair with someone who will really connect with you and help with your issues. I highly recommend Betterhelp to everyone.

I tried betterhelp first over other therapy apps because it was recommended by a family member and ads on Facebook. I am on my second therapist for 4 months now, and have seen significant progress compared to the first. They make finding a therapist easy, it's okay if your first one isn't the right fit, there will be someone who is, and it's easy to find them. Not having to deal with insurance is the best part, I am not forced to go somewhere that makes me feel uncomfortable, or makes me wait months for my first appointment. Betterhelp even offers financial aid which makes it even easier to seek therapy. I call it wholesale therapy because the prices are pretty much the same as when I used to pay a copay for each session, but with the financial aid it is actually cheaper. I can pay for months ahead of time too which works for me and my schedule and finances. Betterhelp makes therapy attainable.
