This service was exactly what I needed as I processed the grief of my full term stillborn. My counselor who was matched to me could not have been more perfect! She helped me process my grief, strengthen my marriage and become more of the parent I strive to be -all while making the process enjoyable. My only complaint is that insurances don’t cover services like these, to allow people to more easily continue services long term. This world would be a much better place if mental health became a priority!

I'm a very busy mom and full time student. The options for communicating with my therapist helps me find time when I can to message, or the option to live-talk through video, audio, and messaging. It's very accessible. Don't give up if the first therapist isn't right for you! There may be another you can build rapport with.

This is a very useful service that is worth the cost. I prefer using a counselling service that works around me for time and format, so I can talk to/text/or just write to my counsellor when I have the time. As often as I like. My counsellor is great and I’ve been talking to her for around six months now.

I have been pleased with therapy sessions through BetterHelp.com. My counselor Amy Thomas is a good listener and is easy to talk to. She offers helpful advice on ways to better communicate with my husband with less arguing and more understanding. I know I need to work on stronger boundaries for myself, and she has offered helpful positive suggestions for this issue, as well as dealing with emotions of anger that I feel in response to another individual’s unfair and selfish actions and behavior toward one of my family members. She has taught me how to offer support to others in my family while also taking better care of myself so that I feel less stress and worry and get better sleep.
