BetterHelpReviews of betterhelp.com

This website is an amazing affordable high quality solution to the difficulties we all experience in life. The counsellors (mine & the match) are exceptional and the service super efficient. When (very occasionally) there are difficulties with the technology there are swift and efficient solutions. It is easy to communicate with user friendly and super responsive. Better help has changed my life in ways that face to face counselling has never achieved.

I am really grateful to have found BetterHelp. I was nervous to leap into therapy, but my counselor is amazing and has helped me so much already. I also really enjoy the flexibility of BetterHelp -- being able to schedule live sessions when they work for me, and to have the option of how I want to communicate, whether over video, phone, or chat. I also like the dashboard on the website and app. I'm able to view all my worksheets, messages with my counselor, and upcoming webinars in one place. It's rare that I recommend things so highly, but I do genuinely believe that anyone looking for therapy should give BetterHelp a try.

Amazing app for those nervous to start therapy.

I have been really impressed by Amber Smiley. She has a naturally gentle, thoughtful and kind style. She asks great questions, but let’s me lead so I truly feel as though I’m working on what I want to work on. I’m constantly surprised at what I end up talking about! And I feel like I have a lot more choices in my life now

Rodney Chapman is a great counselor. I just had my first session with him. I shared with him about things that are bothering me and he's very attentive by listening to me and guiding me to identify the fundamental issues that I can work on. He said my tank was over flooded for now and we need to get some out of it so that I can have some room to put some other more important things in my tank. I like that metaphor. Thanks to Mr. Chapman :)

BetterHelp is easy to use and effectively matched me with a great counselor.

I was a bit skeptical when I signed up for this. I have been proven wrong. One of the best therapists ever and such an easy way of going to therapy in my own living room. I highly recommend this program for anyone seeking a little extra help.

I have suffered for the longest time, failing to find help with nhs programs or doctors so I thought I’d give Betterhelp a try; it works! I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I can already see the reults, I’m beginning to wake up happy and enjoy living again. The app is also very handy as there’s always someone to talk to and you can also journal your thoughts privately! Betterhelp also offers a wide range of counsellors who can tailor to your specific needs which I think is amazing!
