I have been charged £180.00
I have been charged £180.00 With out any help... How it come? I wanted 1st to see if I can find right therapist for my self. At list, for a trial 5 min but my money is came out of my bank account! And its supposed to be £45 per all months!!! I would like my money back!!! ;( 😢 I thought you supposed to help people, not stilling from them ;( 😢 !!!

2 sessions with 2 different therapists…
2 sessions with 2 different therapists and both cancelled after my first appointments with them both. Customer service is non existent, they don't even reply to you. £200 of money i cant afford down the drain. "Therapists" are happy to hear you moan a bit but not offer any actual advice. If you have any legitimate mental health issues they get scared and run off.

Disappointing
I am really disappointed that this platform allows any "therapist" to register, not everyone with a diploma can actually help others. They have unprofessional therapists who barely know how to do their job and it is also overpriced. I had friends who have used this platform as well and they were also not happy with the whole experience. My therapist took off 2 week for holiday and I was still charged for the full month even tho I only got 2 sessions that month. I will definitely not use this platform again and I do not recommend it to anyone, it is not easy to find therapists online but I would rather spend a lot of time searching everywhere else than here.

Better Help is funding genocide.
Former user of Better Help - therapist matched to had limited availability. Cancelled my subscription when I found out about Better Help supporting the facist Israeli government - murdering thousands of innocent Palestinians. SHAME ON YOU.

I contacted BetterHelp and had the program ex;plained to me I said I was not interested in the service. I was billed and BetterHelp will contact me or speak to me about the issue. I have reached out to the billing agency and they will not return call or email. I have had to close that account and it has now affected other recuring payments. Do not use this company

Two weeks of nothing
Takes two days to find a therapist, then when they assign you someone they have such limited spaces available (2 days per week) with only three time options per day. But when you do find availability you can work with the next day it’s cancelled with no follow up message. By the time this has happened you’re two weeks into your membership without having used a single function of the app or a single message from a therapist. So you message support for a partial refund they ignore all your concerns and avoid even mentioning that I asked for a refund and says try a new therapist which is hidden in the app settings. I then replied saying this isn’t what I’ve asked for and doesn’t help when I’ve waited £100 on two weeks and got absolutely nothing from it. Avoid like the plague and go to a therapist in person so you actually get what you pay for

What does my skin color have to do with anything?
I wanted to receive service from BetterHelp.com. I filled out the entire questionnaire, only to be asked what my skin color was when filling out a section for financial aid assistance. This is absolutely gross and unacceptable. What difference does your skin color make when filling out info for financial assistance? I will never use or recommend this place to any person needing mental health care. Disgusting and discriminatory!
