I am really enjoying my experience with Better Help. They matched me perfectly with my counselor and I can say that so far I am feeling better.

I had an amazing experience with BetterHelp. I was initially sceptical due to the cost. I was also concerned that the counsellor may not be able to understand given our different backgrounds. However, at times like these, I decided that I needed to invest in my mental health and was paired with one of the best counsellors I can ask for. He guided me through out of my rut and location/ background differences faded away. I encourage those who are sceptical especially when it comes to cost, to invest when you need to.

I love my therapist at betterhelp.com. She often knows what I'm going to say before I say it, and she is amazing at drawing things from me that I didn't even realize were there. She always responds to my messages very quickly. My third week and I have gained so much insight! I am so glad I found BetterHelp!

BetterHelp is the best thing I've done for myself when I needed help. The options to choose from for communicating with my counselor have been the best. Worth the money because it's an investment in yourself.

Gordon has been great to work with especially since I have been very nervous about opening up to someone, his demeanor is one of caring and genuinely listens.

I thought I was so strong. But life events some I caused some others caused. This let me into spriling out of control emotions, crazy was, sleeplessness,panic attacks,etc... Since Better health jumped into action I am now getting a partner in me areas that I needed release from what made me feel worthless. I am able to sleep, live lighter , meaning bricks taken off the weight on my shoulders. I will be forever grateful for this establishment in helping people. Thanks

This is absolutely worth the money to be able to have a weekly appointment that lasts a good amount of time vs having appointments be just as expensive for less time while also feeling not heard. A little background on me is that I have insurance but getting an appointment for a therapist is about 2 months in between sessions, so I came to BetterHelp to get a consistent schedule
