I started wit Better Help a few months ago my counselor Erin Abigail Marden has been very helpful and supportive throughout my Journey even though we can't see each other in office we do face time meetings and text meetings Better Help has been so helpful to me I'm very glad I took the necessary steps needed and got therapy through them

The counselor I worked with was a great listener, very responsive in messaging, always checked in on how I was doing, and help me load my "life toolbox" with some great tools I was missing.

I've only had three counseling sessions so far, but I already feel the weight being lifted off. My counselor is fantastic! She asks some questions and she truly listens. Then she provides some very thoughtful and thorough insight. I had several "ah-ha" moments in the very first sessions. She does give a little "homework" on occasion, but nothing too intense, mainly just thought-provoking to better help you get to the "why" of things. I should have done counseling years ago but couldn't afford it. With my new employer, this is one of our benefits and I am most thankful to my employer and for BetterHelp! The platform is great and fairly user-friendly. Every session has been right on schedule. I highly recommend this organization!
