Great resource for helping anyone and great app options for tracking your progress and reaching out to your counselor. And the video make it feel like you are there in person getting the help you would have had in an office or clinic. Very personable counselors with compassionate perspectives to assist you.

I really like the councilor provided. She is very personable and caring and I appreciate her down to earth perspective! Also the app is easy to use and fees comparatively affordable.

The ability to change counselors and set preferences with counselors makes it easy to find a counselor that is a great match for your mental health goals and needs. The option for chat, phone calls, or video calls also makes it customizable to what is most comfortable for you. I highly recommend it and wish I could gift BetterHelp to all my loved ones!

I've had a few different counselors and they've all been extremely knowledgeable and have different skills that they each bring to the table. Very happy with this platform and all the ways that it allows you to receive help.

I have been really enjoying my time with my therapist thru BetterHelp. I have been struggling with grief and confidence issues and they matched me perfectly with my therapist. This app is a perfect way to find help when you need it. Of course, as someone who also works in the psych community, you won’t find help if you dont put in the work too.
