Betterhelp has been really helpful and convenient to me. It made me feel comfortable and they made sure to cater to my needs as much as possible. I was in a dark rotting place and Betterhelp gave me the opportunity to get better. I like how everything is done through my phone or laptop so I can easily hide that I am getting help. I also like how Betterhelp sends you several reminders before your sessions and ask for feedbacks after each one. It shows how involved and concerned they are to ensure you are getting the best treatment.

Just as good as in-person therapy and so convenient. I really love the therapist I've been matched with.

I have worked with the same therapist for almost 2 years on BetterHelp and I could not be more happy with it. My therapist and I communicated weekly and I got to schedule our sessions around her schedule, so it was always when it worked for me. My therapist was extremely qualified and was active in helping me feel better. I appreciate BetterHelp for being there when I was constantly moving around and having a therapist on my phone made life so much easier.
