Using BetterHelp has been one of the best decisions I ever made. It began as the difference of actually getting help and doing work versus putting it off and never doing it, hoping for the best. I wish BetterHelp existed years ago. Many times in my life it would have been great to be talking to someone in three days time instead of trying to schedule appointments 5 weeks away, then having to miss work, AND lose income. Super convenient, and great results for me.

My experience with better help has been great. I feel like I am walking away with more wisdom. My mindset is more stable and clear. The process has been quick and my counselor has been very active in between sessions.

betterhelp.com is a fantastic website! I signed up in November of last year and matched with my counselor immediately. She is amazing! The fact that I can video chat or have a phone session is very convenient. I love that I can also message her and she responds very quickly. Excellent therapist. Her availability is great. You can text your therapist if you feel you are in a crisis anytime with in reason. Scheduling and payment is easy and reasonable.

Betterhelp was definitely not what I was expecting, I assumed it was going to go bad like I have had in the past with counseling. No they have shown to be one of the greatest platforms to get help as well as knowledge to understanding your needs and wants. They ask you questions to get you the best for your needs specifically, you can schedule a time to video/call/text your therapist and as well as groupinars; which is where you get tons of information for things you want to improve or just in to know, in those groupinars you can ask questions and they respond to them on live.

Better help has plenty of options when it comes to counsellors and therapists so there should be someone who fits exactly what you need. Everyone seems to be very nice and understanding. Scheduling and communicating with your therapist is very easy through the app & it’s a very nonjudgmental place. It’s nerve-racking at first but it gets easier to open up once you find the right person.
