She is amazing, she has helped me work though so many things

I'm 64 years old and never had anxiety, depression or any other mental health issues. Suddenly after a recent huge life changing experience i started getting panic attacks, sleepless nights and anxiety which prompted me to seek mental health counseling. I chose Better Help and signed up. It was very easy and reasonably priced. Their response was almost immediate and my first session was set up. My counselor is wonderful and I am so glad I chose to do this. I was offered preferences for sessions via phone email text or video. I was offered spiritual counselor if I felt comfortable with that. I can't say enough good things regarding my personal experience with Better Help.com. I can message my counselor as often as I need to and she can message me. Very Very satisfied and feeling better after only 2 sessions.

I didn't know what to expect with Better Help. It has been incredible. I needed to change therapists and they made the experience very easy. When video issues happened for a therapist and I didn't get very much time, they quickly made it right. My therapist is wonderful and I've been in therapy for a very long time.

Using Better Help is hands down the best therapy experience that I have ever had. The therapists are flexible and reachable whether it is just a quick message, full session, or groupinar. I have recommended it to everyone I know.

Pre-pandemic, I was nervous to engage in online counselling as it defied the tradition laying on a couch, being asked "how do you feel about that" thereby risking what I imagined as the true experience of a counsellor. But I was desperate and working back and forth overseas, so I gave it a shot.
