Better help has paired me with an excellent counselor and she has found ways to help me and what works for me

I had never tried therapy before signing up for BetterHelp at the recommendation from one of my friends. I was very nervous, however, my time using BetterHelp has been fantastic. The system is very user friendly overall, including the ability to change therapists, communicate via chat, and to schedule video sessions. I have had a fantastic time using BetterHelp and would recommend it to anyone looking to enter therapy but not comfortable with the in-person setting like myself.

Better help allows me to get access to great therapy from the comfort of my home. Help is only a click, text, or call away. I enjoy the convenience and the price point. The investment in your mental health is worth it

I love better help, first month in and I gained so much clarity through my counseling and they have these great group sessions that you might be nervous to attend but you’ll find out there’s so many people just like you and we can lock arms and progress

BetterHelp got me connected in 1 day with a really great therapist who was just what I needed. I had multiple sessions with them and will continue seeing them. It's super great!

My experience with betterhelp is positive. I got assigned an amazing counsellor. The resource works well whether it’s through the iOS app or desktop version. The support team is super helpful and I am just grateful for being able to get counselling online. The only downside might be the cost. It might be difficult for some people, including me, to pay 200 euro every month if you are a student or searching for job. But I totally understand the price, I am just saying it would maybe help some people if it was a bit cheaper. I know that kept me from getting help before, the financial side of it. Otherwise I recommend the resource to everyone.

BetterHelp was leaps and bounds a better experience than I anticipated. Their interface is clear and easy to use, I felt very seen by their counselors, and I was incredibly impacted by their resources. Having had bad counseling experiences in the past, I was really nervous to enter in this space, but they delivered far beyond what I expected.
