The subscription model for therapy is a scam. Very unhappy to pay for 4 live sessions with a therapist and receive only 2. If you work a job, or have a vacation or do anything outside of the home that can affect your availability it's not the right option.

Better help is a scum
Better help is a scum. They are parasites that are wiling to live on your suffering. They will bombard you with ads to make you believe that you are depressed, then once you fall in their trap they will charge you loads of money, and you will not receive any help. This is scum, if you need help talk to a friend, go to the gym, do yoga, dancing, boxing...

BAD DISHONEST PSYCHOLOGY
I had to complain through Trustpilot(thanks for that) to get a refund for a service of 200€ I did not use. From the very moment I made clear that I am a truth seeker, I do not believe the Earth is flat, 9/11 was an inside job and psychology is corruptible. I was looking for a Junganian psychologist to help me with anxiety because of the COVID-19 PSYCHOLOGICAL BRAINWASHING CAMPAIGN(See the Bandwagon effect). I am unvacinated. I was trying to find a psychologist who was sensitive to my needs and they were not able to find one. They follow the PSYCHOPATHIC directives by big tech. It is just MANIPULATION and no healing. It is the business of mental health. Some trauma you others pretend to try to heal you and leave you in a perpetual dissatisfaction so you keep demanding their services just like PROZAK, PFIZER and others. C.G. Jung: “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”

I stopped using it after “4 week trial”…
I stopped using it after “4 week trial” as I was moving house. Discovered it was still charging weekly. Using the app weekly gets you spammed with tedious reminders. No tedious reminders it is withdrawing £60 a week from my account. No credit either. A scam.

THIEVES
They charged me and renewed the subscription after i cancelled due to not being able to afford it, essentially destroying me financially, putting my home and health at risk because they basically STOLE FROM ME and I don't know what kind of privileged world they live in but I can barely afford to breathe, and they go and take everything I have "by mistake" because they don't actually cancel the charges even though I cancelled BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD IT. fk them. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE.

It's more like "better send me some…
It's more like "better send me some money". I tried to get a appt. very few times available and not times I could go! I called customer service agent she says couldn't make appts., Really? Great. Just cancel my membership had to file complaint with BBB still haven't given me $45.00 back!

This company sucks
My therapist is great. This company sucks. Constantly begging for good reviews. Very rude customer service. Really disrespectful. Don't use this company. Spend your money elsewhere. Updated: they replied and addressed me as if we are friends. So rude. I'm a paying customer. We aren't on a first name basis especially when they sign it "the better help team" and don't give their name. Totally disrespectful

Unreliable
Unreliable, they lie, refuse to help, make even more harm. At least they paid the money back. I do not recommend them at all.
