Great therapists, affordable, and very user friendly

I got help when I needed it! It was so worth the expense. Kind of wish I would have gotten it a bit earlier, before it got kind of more emotionally consuming for me.

I’m glad I gave BetterHelp an honest try. I was skeptical at first - given my experiences with therapy. I also had this notion that because BetterHelp was affordable that the therapists wouldn’t be helpful. I know, it was an ignorant thought. I was completely wrong. They’re really good at pairing you with therapists that fit your needs. I’m so happy that I’ve found Jesse. She pleasantly proved me wrong about therapy so far. In just a small amount of time, my anxiety that I’ve been dealing with for 25 years has drastically reduced. I am definitely looking forward to continuing my therapy.

Early days but I would already recommend better help. My therapist has helped more than years of therapy elsewhere. I can message her and nothing seems too much or too little, she is always happy to help. Also for me it's less awkward than sitting face to face with someone. It's all done online which fits my lifestyle.

I read a really great article written by BetterHelp and got a pop up or two thereafter asking about seeking counseling. I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did!
