I was directed to this doctor because I needed help with grief. I was not too pleased that I would not be speaking with the doctor but we have been communicated through a "text-like" platform and I have been very pleased with the process. I would recommend this platform as a form of therapy. It has been extremely helpful.

My counselor is Dr. Tonia Nixon, she is beautiful inside and out! She has really helped me identify and work on my issues. She is so friendly and so easy to talk to. We can laugh and it's really like me talking to a friend. I would highly recommend her and or Betterhelp.com to anyone! It's been a game changer for me.

BetterHelp has been a huge help for me this past year. I've tried in person counseling as well, and find that I prefer the flexibility of BetterHelp appointments, and the different payment methods and financial aid discount make it really affordable. It's super easy to switch counselors until you find one that works for you. I highly recommend BetterHelp for anyone looking for some support and help. I started it thinking it would be a short term thing, but I'm having such a great experience I plan on continuing counseling for the foreseeable future.

The BetterHelp platform is very user friendly with lots of helpful features like built-in video chat, groupinars, and a journal with daily prompts and from which entries can easily be shared (or not) with your counselor. The best part of BetterHelp is its convenience. I put off counseling because making appointments and getting to them felt like effort. Counseling made convenient works for me!

Better help is actually a very good and legitimate site to receive counseling. When I choose the site, I was looking for someone that was completely objective, without cultural or geographical biases. It definitely serves it purpose and I would recommend.

I had a work-related crisis and BetterHelp had someone professional, kind, engaged, and relatable for me to talk to. She was a great listener and also had some concrete suggestions for steps I could take. I was way more impressed by the experience and how much it actually helped than I had thought I would be. If you think you might want to try it don't hold back, it may not be what most people are used to but it helped me get back on track for sure.
