I wanted to connect with someone who could help me think and work through a long-term issue without making me feel judged or burdensome. Finding an online option worked much better for my schedule, and my therapist has provided just the right level of support. BetterHelp is perfect for those who are intimidated by therapy and are first-timers. During the pandemic, I searched for a solution and found BetterHelp. Even after things have gotten better and more places have opened up in my state I continued to use BetterHelp due to there great therapist they matched me to. I dont think I could have found a better therapist on my own.

My counselor has been very helpful in being a person not connected to me personally and have no worry of being hurtful even if unintentionally by complaining about someone to get my frustrations out. Especially since I have other stresses with a love one in the hospital for the last 7 months and not sure when it will end.

She was wonderful, kind, and caring. She listened to my thoughts without judgement, and asked the right questions to lead us down paths that I had never even thought about before.
